SHIPPING / RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND
POLICY
> Eligible Return
- Can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt
- All items sold must be kept in their original condition (unopened product packaging and unused items)
- Items that are not for sale and match the customer's order invoice

> Ineligible Return
- Any item by sale or retail (regardless of reason)
- Used items
- Opened/damaged packaging items
- Customer mistaken orders (wrong shipping address/order mistake/sending back to the sender, etc.)
- Any defective item not in DEJAVU's original packaging items
- Wigs
- Any item over 14 days from the delivery date

> Refund / Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are calculated for any customer who wishes to return all items ​shipped/delivered.
(Excluding returns due to DEJAVU)
- All returns on orders through DEJAVU's free shipping promotion are refunded minus the shipping fee and WIX processing fee paid after returning the package to DEJAVU (in this case, any return cost is not considered by DEJAVU).

- Regarding the DEJAVU situation using the Wix online shop process system, DEJAVU has refunded the customer as an individual store credit (or a coupon). The shop credit provided by DEJAVU is the same amount as the customer's purchase. (in this case, DEJAVU has paid Wix commissions on the customer's behalf. Considering this case applies to orders before shipping from DEJAVU).
- If a customer cancels an order for personal reasons and wishes to receive a cash refund, the refund amount will be calculated excluding the Wix fee (In this case, the customer will pay Wix commissions).

DEJAVU HAIR will not accept returns unless authorization has been previously issued.
