I have tried install the Windows SDK 7.1 on Windows 10 and I get the same warning windows. Then I check the System Requirements on the download page, it supports following operating system. So I think it is incompatible with Windows 10. I suggest you download the Windows 10 SDK from following link.Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition (32-bit x86), Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition , Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista, Windows XP Service Pack 3
I only understand English but I'm guessing that your code fails on Windows XP sp3 because it is attempting to use functions that were introduced in Windows Vista. When you build to Target windows XP sp3 you must properly define _WIN32_WINNT before including any sdk headers. Refer to using-the-windows-headers
The windows.h header file from the 7.1A SDK has a #include statement for sdkddkver.h at the very top which is essential when using the symbolic values for NTDDI_VERSION and _WIN32_WINNT. It looks like this
